Hi! I am Christy Kinser,

Growing up in the Texas Panhandle, I was surrounded by a family who taught me the value of hard work, integrity, resilience, and selflessness. Whether working the farm, running a business, or putting in long hours, they showed me that you work hard for what matters—and you show up for people when they need you.

A Baylor University graduate, I have called the Waco area home for more than two decades. This community has become part of my story, and today I have the privilege of helping others find their place here.

Those same values I grew up with shape the way I approach real estate. I love people, I love research, I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I’ll stand up for the people who trust me to be in their corner.

For me, being a Realtor isn’t simply about buying and selling homes. It’s about the people and the stories behind them—celebrating the joy of a first home, helping someone navigate a difficult move, solving problems when things get complicated, and building genuine relationships along the way.
