About Karen

As a native Wacoan with almost a decade of experience as a Realtor, I take pride in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout Waco and the surrounding communities.  I specialize in residential real estate and have earned both the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and a New Home Construction certification, giving my clients the knowledge and guidance they need whether they're purchasing their first home, building new, upgrading, downsizing or selling.

Real Estate is more than a transaction to me-it's about building relationships and helping people through one of life's biggest milestones.  I strive to make every step of the buying or selling process as smooth and stress free as possible by providing honest communication, strong negotiation skills and pesonalized service.  My extensive knowledge of the local market, along with trusted relationships with area lenders, title companies, inspectors and other industry professionals allows me to guide my clients with confidence from start to finish.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll likely find me cheering on the Baylor Bears, spending time with my husband, Matt, who proudly serves as a Captain with the City of Waco Fire Department or enjoying time with family and friends.  My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life and guides the way I serve others-with integrity, compassion and a genuine desire to help.
